Awesome hotel for us, our room was huge and very clean, shower was great with good pressure. Staff were fantastic. We arrived not realizing we had left our Passports at previous hotel. Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.

The staff is very kind and the room was absolutly magnificint. I’d really enjoyed it. I’d recommend everyone who’s visiting Taoyuan to get here.

Only a 6-minute walk from Taoyuan Railway Station, Tao Garden Hotel features bright guest rooms with city views. It offers meeting facilities, a fitness centre, a garden and an on-site restaurant. We have a room way bigger than expected! a nice upgrade with perfect view on top floor. Besides, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice with various options! It would certainly the best choice for us if visiting Taoyuan again.

The location was great, being close to the Dayuan train station which has access to the airport line. The property itself was very clean and well kept together. Food was good as well and the staff was helpful and polite.

JS Hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Zhongli Railway Station and a 15-minute walk from Zhongyuan Night Market. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The staff service level is one of the best I have seen. I stayed with my elderly family members, and the staff are attentive to our requests. The front desk manager, Miss Lee, even helped us to get a Uber taxi, and helped my parents to bring out the luggage (as they are old). Special thanks to Miss Lee! You're the Best!

Towels, furniture are all new and fresh. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Cosmetics in the shower is good. Smells good and easy to wash. Aircondition is good, not loud. Breakfast was good. There are gratis bottles of water and tea:coffee. They gave a free dinner. Staff is well trained and friendly. The hotel smells good, fresh air. I relaxed and slept well. View in the inner yard is beautiful. The surrounding district is total new and clean. They have even a roof-floor gym with treadmills and dumbbells. Free water also Very good value for money. I would rate this hotel not 4, but 5 stars. I love it. If I come again to Taiwan, would stay only here.
