Facilities with free laundry service pool table and the gym although I didn't use it. The room is very big, bigger than normal rooms. Overall, I enjoy to stay at this hotel.

The location was great, being close to the Dayuan train station which has access to the airport line. The property itself was very clean and well kept together. Food was good as well and the staff was helpful and polite.

The staff service level is one of the best I have seen. I stayed with my elderly family members, and the staff are attentive to our requests. The front desk manager, Miss Lee, even helped us to get a Uber taxi, and helped my parents to bring out the luggage (as they are old). Special thanks to Miss Lee! You're the Best!

The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.
