The bed and breakfast provides city views and an outdoor fireplace. An absolute gem! I've stayed at many hotels in Nantucket but had the best stay at Martin House Inn. Everything exceeded my expectations. Room had everything one could possibly need , want, plus more. Very comfortable bed! I shared a bathroom with other guests, and it was very clean and well equipped. The best breakfast I've eaten at bed & breakfast Inns. I can't get over the fact how beautifully it was spread. Delicious and pretty with so many choices, what else can you ask for. There is a porch and an outside sitting area - both very inviting. Most importantly the staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic. I only stayed one night, but for sure, I will return.

Each waterfront cottage at The Cottages & Lofts includes a flat-screen TV with cable. Some cottages feature a private patio. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the cottage itself was very clean and comfortable. Adults can use the bikes for free, and our kids could also use the fishing rods for free. If we visit Nantucket again, we would definitely stay here again.

The host allowed us early check-in and late check-out. They gave us information about the restaurants that are open on new year's eve. It was very helpful. The building is near the wharf and in walking distance from the touristy area. The art they have on the wall, the wooden key card, furniture, everything in the house makes the pretty and comfortable atmosphere of this hotel. Wifi was strong Spacy room Complimentary water in the fridge The private bathroom was clean There were bedside outlets so we could charge our phones.

We enjoyed the facilities. It’s so cozy and homey. It’s walking distance to the ferry and town center. It was off peak when we came.

Abiah Folger Franklin Fountain is 1.2 km from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed having a complimentary glass of wine in the living room. We met and thoroughly enjoyed conversing with other guests. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and could not be more helpful. I would have preferred not to be on the 3rd floor but that was probably my error in making my reservation.
