The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (according to NYC standards) and very clean. House keeping did an amazing job and we loved their small gestures. The gym was really clean and had everything we needed. Just minutes from the hotel you can find the 9/11 museum, the Charging Bull, the World Trade Center... We loved our stay here and we will return!
