Located around 1.4 km from One World Trade Center, the hotel is also 1.6 km away from Brooklyn Bridge. The property is located in the Wall Street - Financial District and Bloomingdale's is 2.3 km away. I stayed at Artezen hotel in NY with my husband and one-year-old baby for a week and our stay was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located (subway stops all around, close to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, near many tourist attractions). The facilities were impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in fact, all of our requirements were taken care of in a warm and thoughtful way. It was really comforting to have water and coffee refilled in the room every morning. We booked a king-sized bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, we appreciated this after long hours of sightseeing. Also, the Italian restaurant downstairs serves good deal dishes like pasta, salad and paninis - actually, some of the best pistachio pesto I've had in a long while. Long story short, would most definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, we nailed it.

In between Times Square and Bryant Park. Close to the subway station. In the quiet portion of Times Square, which we really liked. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds.

Numerous shopping, such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and sightseeing options, such as United Nations Plaza are located within walking distance. The staff was incredible. They directed us to a store we needed to stop at and even checked how much time we had left to get there before they closed. We also left a pair of headphones in the room and they had them put aside and ready for us when we returned.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. The bed is extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location couldn’t be more perfect.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived until our departure. The reception, room service, and breakfast were all excellent and thoughtfully managed. A truly enjoyable experience highly recommended, and we would be happy to return.
