I would like to highlight the excellent support provided by Javier (receptionist), who assisted me throughout my stay. He was especially helpful as I was traveling to a meeting outside Montevideo and needed support with both my room and transportation to the location.

The property is expertly detailed. The staff is meticulous. Nelson the concierge will make you feel like you are the only guest he has no matter how busy he is.
