As the location is extremely amazing in the hart of the old town, the food and the services were on point , the staff were very friendly and very generous I had an amazing experience they did a free upgrade to my room and it was very clean and comfortable moreover I really appreciate Mr. Max whom helped us out during our stay and make sure if we need anything, he provided us free transportation to the airport because I booked 2 trips with him.

The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

He went above and beyond in every possible way, so welcoming, attentive, and kind that he made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than customers at a hotel. Thanks to him, we didn’t just enjoy our stay, we actually decided to extend it for an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. Big credit to the management as well, you can tell they run this place really well. The service across the entire team was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and elegant, and everything was seamless. Would 100% stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
