You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Good communication, and good English as well. They gave us banana and drinks when they knew we were about to take a trip back to Hanoi.

The hotel is quite new, nicely decorated and super clean. The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable, the aircon and heater (it's cold in Sapa) worked perfectly and the shower was also perfect (nice hot water with strong pressure). The staff are really friendly and attentive. Location is great, just a few minutes walking to the main area in Sapa. Finally, breakfast is delicious and abundant (sometimes a bit too much, we felt bad we couldn't finish all the food!). Thank you, Lestar Hotel team, for making our stay in Sapa so comfortable and memorable.
