It’s the best place of many that I’ve stayed at in Prince Albert. Everything is so comfortable, so well thought out, beautifully furnished and just lovely to spend time in. Whether you’re working, relaxing, having a siesta, enjoying wine by the pool or playing games or reading in the lounge. This is a perfect stay.

We loved the amazing breakfasts and afternoon happy hours in the garden and attention to detail throughout. I cannot say enough about how welcoming and kind the owners are and how they make you feel special and like family! Located in a perfect spot in Prince Albert with excellent restaurants that are easily walkable. Their delicious breakfasts are all served with fresh homemade bread, just made yogurt and farm eggs straight from the farm. Homemade marmalade too. If you are visiting Prince Albert - this is a perfect spot!

Situated in the heart of the Great-Karoo and just off the N1 National Road, Die Herehuis in Beaufort West offers en-suite rooms, a garden and outdoor pool. Unreal. We had been travelling for 8 hours and needed a stop off location to break the trip before the next 8 hours. Honestly these guys have their hotel down to a tee. Really brilliant set up. We had just stayed in a five star hotel in Johannesburg before this one and honestly this one was the more comfortable at a fraction of the cost. The check in was genius as we were late, tired and weary - the staff knew this and made it SUPER EASY AND FAST. I could not recommend this place any more.
