I texted the hotel about 5 hrs before arrival and they were able to arrange transport for us. We were very happy.

Also the rooms were cozy, extremely clean and cleaning service was also provided.

The decorations, the size of the room, the bed, the cotton sheets, and the view of monkeys and other animals outside my sliding glass door. The amenities provided in the rooms made you never want to leave. I have had coffee in the morning on my private balcony in my bathrobe after my wonderful hot shower in the luxurious bathroom. At night we sat by the pool drinking wine after our dinner. This exceptional hotel is the best-valued hotel I have ever visited.

Breakfast was also great, will surely stay here again the next time we come to Kruger.
