The house is excellently equipped – in the bathroom there’s a hairdryer and even a clothes steamer, and inside the house there’s a small kitchen with everything you need (two-burner hob, all pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc., a capsule coffee machine, microwave). Outside there’s a second kitchen (larger hob, oven, grill). Everything is clean and super comfortable – perfect for a family of four. The location is perfect, in a lovely town. From the balcony there’s a view of the water. It’s a one-minute walk to a small, cozy beach. Just five minutes on foot to several restaurants, an excellent ice cream shop, a store, a larger beach with extra attractions for kids, and a water sports rental (highly recommended – the nearby islands and beaches are stunning). Private parking is right next to the house. I’m sure we’ll come back here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was amazing! The house is charming, looks just like in the pictures. Beautifully equipped, super clean, very comfortable beds. We were surprised how well it is isolated, you didn't hear anything from one room to another, and it was also great temperature wise. Super kind hosts, we did self-check-in and were greeted with a hand-written welcome note, some yummy snacks, and cold beverages in the fridge. There are several beaches literally just in front of the house; it is a small bay, nevertheless the water is nicely cool and refreshing. Primošten is about 10min away. Would definitely recommend the stay!

We really enjoyed the modern, clean and spacious holiday accommodation with very well equipped kitchen and large porch. The pool has been a big plus, especially for kids who liked to spend there hours. :-) The nearest beach is quite close to walk to and it is long and not too crowded, thus there was always enough space for sunbathing (or in shade under trees). If taking a car, it might be a bit difficult to find a parking spot there during a day, as there are not many of them. Other nice beaches are also not far by car. We also appreciate communication and the quick response from the owner.

Very nice place. You can have a real relax feeling in this place. The water is very clean and close to houses. The garden has own clean and homelike beach. I can not forget the early morning sea! I guess see you next year.
