We stayed in the studio and it was absolutely phenomenal. The most beautiful views, every dish from the restaurant was a 10/10, staff were extremely accomodating. The whole experience was amazing and would have loved to have stayed longer. Will definitely visit Desa Eko again.

We loved this place, totally exceeded expectations. The room was exceptional. It was clean, beautiful had everything you would want. The views were breathtaking. The staff were so helpful. Helped with our luggage and cooked the most delicious breakfast – I highly recommend the fried bananas! The hot shower was a welcome surprise.

This place was spectacular. Situated on top of a mountain, the views spanned far and wide. I was in the clouds. The owners are extremely accomodating, kind and gentle. They made sure I was always taken care of - bringing me a delicious balinese style breakfast and coffee each morning, providing me with a scooter, and bringing me to my next stay just out of goodness of heart. Definitely a nice place to get away from the hustle. I was alone so for me it was a nice opportunity to find quietness within, but you could also go there as a group and have a fire and a little soirèe. If you do stay in the smaller tents, with just a matress and space for your bag, make sure you prepare (in your mind) for camping style. Also, if you want to keep up your exercise/yoga/movement routine, I'd recommend bringing a yoga mat as there isn't a gym or yoga studio nearby.

Do not underestimate how cold the Bedugul area can be…pack a jacket!! I loved the electric blanket, heated towel rail and the fact that the shower was almost instantly hot when you opened the tap. The room is not massive but there’s more than enough space. I loved the fact that there was so much cupboard space. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assisted with everything we needed (even when I needed a tailor to fix my broken handbag!) We rented scooters from them - all good. I loved the resident cat!! This is not a very big hotel and you never feel surrounded by loads of people. Their seating area at the lake (where you could also order food & drinks) very peaceful and really special.

What can I say… Green Lava Lake View Glamping, you are AMAZING! I found you by accident & now want to stay longer. Tucked away just behind town’s hustle & bustle, GLLVG is perfectly located to switch-off, relax & explore. It’s not over-blown glamping if you’re use to that but glamping that still gives you a few modern luxuries. Met upon arrival & my backpack carried to my tent for me, I already was impressed. The tent has what you need for a short stay, power & a light even under the bed to aid those late night trips to the toilet. & speaking of toilet it is as modern as you need for a glamping stay over to your next destination. Then the view! Considering you’re just above town, you’ve got a treescape view over the lake, the complex’s fire pit that’s lit at night as long as it isn’t raining, beautiful gardens & finally the jacuzzi, though the water is cold…. Though yes you read correctly, jacuzzi! Helpful staff when you need but otherwise they tuck themselves away so you can enjoy. So what have you got to lose! If you like glamping so you’ve got some modern conveniences then this is your place. I’ll be recommending✅ 😊

The Mandhasativa Homestay was a very nice location. It was our second time there and we would go there again. Its a quiet place in the nature with an amazing view. Sari and her family were very friendly. We also recomend the delicious dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can also ask there to do some tours. Terima kasih and see you again
