Glamping Sites in Munduk

It was incredible just to wake up and see in front of you the majestic jungle and nature... The place was exactly like in the photos so you know what you are gonna get. They'd offer complimentary coffee, tea, refillable bottled water, air conditioning even... To be able to achieve such luxury accommodation in the middle of the jungle is an achievement. I don't get the comments about the hot water not being enough, it was enough to take long showers and also to fill the bathtub, which is a dream to bathe in the middle of that paradise by the way. Regarding breakfast everything was great too, we would tell them the night before which time we would want breakfast and what we'd want and they'd make everything possible to get what we needed, I have some intolerances and they took it into account and they adjusted to all our needs. I read some negative comments that after spending 3 nights there I don't understand, I think it's important to be humble and comprehend that no matter the price you're paying for, you have to be realistic about the place you are, in the middle of the jungle there are some things that nobody can control. (For example the lack of certain products because it's a difficult place to get to or the natural noises or the bugs, I'm not gonna rate them less for those things, it makes no sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️) Apart from all this, the experience was incredible because the manager was available for us through WhatsApp almost 24/7 and it was just not the accommodation they provided, it was also the service. Everything we needed, from a private driver, until cooking class, massages delivered to our place, transfers to the center or dinners, Korry was there for you to make sure you got everything you needed the best and fastest way possible. The guys working there (sorry because I'm horrible with names) were always extremely kind and nice to us. I couldn't have and I wouldn't have asked for more.

Da'Kayu Glamping is a well-designed haven nestled on the edge of lush rice fields, offering a picturesque view that is accentuated by breathtaking sunsets. The quaint, friendly ambiance of this small establishment provides a serene, quiet retreat, where the gentle sound of a river flowing through the fields lulls you to sleep. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. While the breakfast offerings are basic, they are delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the option for evening meals is available, which is a convenient touch. Essentials such as water are promptly provided upon request. The location is a gem, being in close proximity to several awe-inspiring waterfalls, inviting exploration. The authentic glamping experience at Da'Kayu, fused with the natural beauty surrounding it, leaves a lasting impression. It's a place worth recommending, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

The place is perfect for a couple of nights in a small bungalow, with amazing views. Super friendly staff!

Due to a severe storm a few months ago, all of the glamping tents were destroyed. The owner has already begun building new, permanent accommodations, and the progress is impressive. While the original concept has changed, the spirit of the place remains strong. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The food was a true highlight: homemade, delicious, and full of heart. The owner was amazing, always present and truly caring about the guests’ experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr Glamping! The welcome was very warm and friendly. The room was spotless, everything is new and perfectly clean. The sheets smelled fresh and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this place!

We were successfully met and the host helped us with parking our car. Just a note for unexperienced drivers, the last few hundred meters is quite thin road, if you feel uncomfortable, it's better to call the host for assistance. However this is nothing to what is waiting for you. Spectacular view from the tent-room. While you enjoys it, an excellent dinner is coming. Sleeping in the heart of the farm is something you never forget unless you wake up. Beautiful sunrise over the rice fields just from your bed looks amazing. Then you can take a breakfast in the tent and walk through rice fields and other farms around. This is something you would like to repeat again. Thanks you Toine and Mega.
