A special thank you goes to our incredible host, Qusai, who was the epitome of Jordanian hospitality and generosity. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, Qusai made sure we felt at home every single moment. His knowledge of the area and his warm personality truly made the experience even more special. As for the food, it was absolutely outstanding. Each meal was prepared with care and love, offering rich traditional flavors that reflect the authentic Bedouin kitchen. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was a delightful experience on its own. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a genuine desert adventure in the heart of Wadi Rum — especially if Qusai is your host. I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

Everything was great, as the other reviews say. The tour with Mr Eid was a really good experience and everything at the camp was comfortable. The upside down chicken was lovely! Eid arranged a cheap taxi for us to Aqaba the next morning, which was very convenient.
