Ease to order more food, firewood, extras. The ability to feel like you were isolated from others (private area). Great view of Fuji. Next to a grocery store if you need extra supplies. Temperature control in the dome and in the kitchen were very easy to adjust.

The location was amazing! Tucked into a little side street but walking distance to the lake and all the things around it. The view was amazing and unobstructed from room D. Loved the space and the tent itself was large with a great big bed made up of 4 singles! The spa/ cold/ sauna was great and the cooking facilities in the room - bbq, microwave etc would be great if you came for a week long stay with friends. We didn’t use it but the fire pit at night when it’s a bit cooler weather would also make for a nice stay.

Everything, the pod was so cosy. The beds were comfortable and gorgeous athestics. The whole experience was perfect. Modern, minimal yet rustic. Lovely bathroom and amenities, wonderful hot bath from Mt.Fuji soft underground water. Such a relaxing environment to re connect. The food provided for us to grill was beyond, such a genirous bounty ! The staff were so warm and amazingly helpful ensuring we were welcome and comfortable. They helped us with our plans traveling from " A to B". Highly recommended for a place to chill.

Check-in process was easy using the iPad. Door to the unit is also via keypad code so there's no worry about losing keys. There is a very friendly foreman on-site to help with any check-in queries. He was also available to instantly fix a leaky tap in the unit. The unit was very clean, modern and gave a very unique log cabin vibe which was pleasant. The bed was very comfy and the unit was well-equipped with camping chairs, cooking utensils, fridge etc. The toilet was also very clean and spacious. Plenty of sofa room to lounge around or place your luggage on. The location is pretty great as it is near the bus stop and is surrounded by several restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

The accommodation was very close to the bus station (max. 10 min walk) and was very easy to find. We slept in the King Brown room, and it was marvellous. Very big space, bed super comfortable, kitchen well equipped, a small seating area and a bathroom with well working shower and shower gel, conditioner etc.. It was lovely, , clean and you can see Mr. Fuji from the bed when the weather condition is good. We used the barbecue and sauna and booked it via a very friendly person who was around in the afternoon. The view on Fuji from the terrace is marvellous and there is also a German like butcher for BBQ very close. Check in was very easy and is well explained and worked fine.
