This is the best hotel in all of Rwanda. If you want luxury for the price of a budget hotel, this is the place to be. Its hospitality is par excellence, from the entrance where Coco the receptionist greets you warmly and helps you with every problem you have, to the kitchen staff who is extra attentive. The rooms, aren’t really rooms but large cottages with plenty of outdoor space. I was very comfortable as a single person staying in the largest room I have had so far in all my stays in the country. I would always stay here if I come to Musanze, no matter what the budget - this is best value for money one can have with added warmth and comfort. The service is par excellence. I had to trek in the morning at 7, so the hotel staff prepared breakfast - crepes, toast, coffee for me at 6am and kept it ready on a table decorated with flowers. The entire staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant go out out of their way to be hospitable, it seems like second nature to them. I felt cherished and valued as a customer

I had a wonderful experience at this place Every staff member I encountered, from the the management to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The location was amazing we have had an evening outside dinner set-up which was extremely exciting as we was sitting in front of Volcanoes national park as well as all the 5 Volcanoes of Rwanda , and this was in the night moon view and the staff of this place are really open and awesome we sung together we laughed alot and alot , no body was seeing who is here or which tittle is having 😂 , we joined the tourist team from England who was there and we shared the local dishes of the dinner food , after having dinner we clarked the glasses of local wines and beers with this Wonderful view and great team , the night was very short and some tourist wanted to sleep becouse they was having Mountain gorilla trekking in the morning and we were free , but we tried to tell them to go to relax and be ready for trekking and they refused 😂 , it was really amazing until we slept at 00 : 00 am and for breakfast nothing else to say , Michael worked hard and harder to make sure we enjoyed alot and wanted to have breakfast time which seems to be the tour experience also as we worked 60 meters to reach on the ground for breakfast with the most amazing sounds of birds which was singing in the morning and this was also experience to the guest who was not having a trip today ! After breakfast they gave us the opportunity to plant a remarkable tree in their field of excellency and this is the field which they prepared for the most kind guest they have ever had and it was my pleasure to plant an arinus kind of tree and water mint kind of plant for me and my wife , Thank you Michael , thank you the staff , thank you Volcanoes Over View Safaris, thank you Under Volcanoes View Guest House & Thank you Rwanda for being a better place to visit!
