The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff at reception and the manager welcomed us with fresh juice and were able to help us arrange for a driver for the following day. They were really flexible with a later check out and as I wasn't feeling well, provided a lot of support. The garden was a nice place to relax and the restaurant was large with many drink options. The showers were hot and the rooms were generous in size with a nice patio. The driver was excellent - he supported us in getting tickets for a hike, and was very knowledgeable about the park.

The staff at this place are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience with Michael during evening , he is really an open guy whom you can't be bored when you ard with him , He knows very well how to treat travellers and know their needs and wants and serve with care ! Our morning breakfast was nice and the morning golden monkey trekking was unforgettable experience and all in all our experience in Rwanda reached on highest point and all right reserved by Volcanoes Over View Safaris
