After a day of exploring far from Sapa, we found ourselves in a bit of a predicament when we couldn’t secure a taxi late in the day. As we scrambled to find our way back to the city center, the team at Phansi stepped in with remarkable kindness. They quickly arranged for a friend to pick us up at a reasonable price, ensuring that we didn’t miss a beat in our travel plans. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, as arranging additional taxi services is not part of their usual offerings. It’s a wonderful reminder of the exceptional hospitality at Phansi, and I encourage future guests to appreciate such moments of kindness. Their willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, turning a potentially stressful situation into a reassuring experience.
