What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.

Our stay at Villa Campo’s was amazing, we wished we had more time there! The property is incredible, you feel a part of nature with the surrounding mountains, the beautiful landscape, and the natural sounds of the world. It is very tranquil. Only a short ride into town. We saw lots of birds and even a sloth on the property. The room was created very intentionally with everything you could need - a big bed, bug net, fans, warm blankets, towels, hot water, kettle, coffee pot + coffee, mini fridge. A table inside and outside with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Our favorite part was probably Campo and Jeronima though! What a lovely family who treated us like old friends, made us coffee and breakfast and talked with us all morning. They also welcomed our dog Lilah. We would love to come back next time we visit Costa Rica! Only 30 minutes from incredible waterfalls as well.

This place was pure magic! The domes were incredible, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, the sheets were soft, the comforter was warm. There were lovely trails on the property as well as at least one amazing trail on the neighboring property. The host, Carla was a dream, and her cute mother made the most delicious food. I can’t rave enough about this place. I was able to fully relax and decompress. I wish I had booked more time here, and I hope to return again some day.

The Bitzu dome is one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. The dome itself is spacious and comfortable with all of the necessities right there. The host Alex is a very nice guy and very responsive and helpful. He worked with me through some traveling troubles due to a tropical storm and helped me out a lot. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. I highly recommend the Bitzu dome and Bijagua in general if you want to be somewhere a little less touristy and truly get to appreciate the Costa Rican Culture.

This luxury tent features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is situated 19 km from La Paz Waterfall. It is hard to put into words how amazing our experience was at Casa Maaar. My husband and I chose this as our first stop on our honeymoon and we could not have imagined how perfect our stay would be. Casa Maar was the most perfect introduction to our pura vida honeymoon. The property is stunning and photos do not do justice for the view and the detail throughout the room and facilities. David and his father are phenomenal hosts that went way above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. They have hand crafted the suite themselves, taking care of every single detail. Not only are they talented, but they are extremely welcoming; we very much enjoyed the romantic dinners for two in the tower and delicious breakfasts on our balcony each morning. Casa Maar is located in a secluded area, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist stops. It is the perfect place to escape and enjoy. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed and we wish to come back again some day!
