Lovely little items like the "happy rabbit doll" made us smile. You need to come yourself to find all the hidden gems. Lauren and her family were great hosts. Fresh eggs from their chicken and a very lovely dog greeted us too. We felt most welcome and should have stayed longer than 2 nights.

Clachamish House in Portree provides accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 21 km from Dunvegan Castle. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We loved the Yurt it was warm comfortable and a little quirky! Had its own kitchen with fresh bread and pasties coffee tea and home made jam each morning. It also has its own bathroom with shower and facilities. Highly recommended. Owners Sophie and Callum were very pleasant and helpful.

It couldn't have been more perfect for us. Consider it glamping in an incredibly beautiful spot on an incredibly amazing island. Easy to find, super quiet, close to food & petrol and near enough to attractions that we could pack in a couple every day & return to make dinner. Bathrooms & utility sink were an unexpected bonus. Despite a bit of rain we were warm & cozy. Nigel, our host, was welcoming & accommodating.

Skye Eco Bells is an Eco Glamping site on the Isle of Skye. The 3 Cabins are located in an off-grid site with individual fire pits and 2 acres woodland.

Each cabin, sleeps 2 people in a double bed and features a barbecue area. Guests have access to a shared equipped kitchen and dining area. Everything. All was absolutely perfect. The most beautiful place we have been at. The cabins were fabulous, the communication with Scott was fantastic and he was there both of the mornings we were in the ecogampling, so, we could meet him and his absolutely lovely son! We had the three cabins as we where 6, and we all agreed that it was the more beautiful and peaceful place we have been at. It was amazing place to disconnect from the rush of life (works, emails, phones etc) and spend time in family as we all are living in different parts of the world. We will definitive will come back; from my partner and my part, we are already planning a new trip to Skye for next year, spending more time, and definitive we will book this cabins. Absolutely in love with the gampling, Skye and every single person we met. As we wrote in the book, if we have to grade this stay it would be 20/10, cause it was much more than perfect.
