Beautiful retreat, amazing friendly staff, activities included (we did a really fun perfume making course), lovely food, huge and comfortable tent with air con and lovely bathroom. Lovely pools and hot tubs. Can’t fault it. One of the best places we’ve stayed, wish we had been able to stay longer.

The tent features air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower. The unit has 24 futons. Our stay at Khan Alsira was a very nice experience for our family. We booked both the tent and the two-room apartment so that our group members had a choice in case the tent would be less comfortable. However, most of them preferred the tent. We had breakfast in the tent as well on the first day. Second day we had to leave very early to catch our flight but the owner prepared a take away breakfast for us that we could consume during the trip to the airport. The hospitality of the bedouin family was great. We also had dinner with them and tea and the owner told us a lot about their way of life and how they cope with all the constraints of having to take care for a lot of facilities like energy and waste collection themselves. The location is perfect for trips to destinations in the Negev or around the Dead Sea. Negev Camel Ranch is only 30 minutes away and Dead Sea around 45 minutes. We can absolutely recommend this place.

Located in the Kana`im Valley, Kfar Hanokdim - Glamping & Camping is set in a Bedouin-style encampment village surrounded by palm trees. The place is situated in an oasis outside the town of Arad. You get the desert experience, but without giving up the option of a supermarket or other comforts of civilization. cAmEls! If you like camels or one or more of your children like them, this is a great place for you o feed, pet and even ride them. You have an option of sleeping in a Bedouin tent, a hut or even a comfortable modern room. Some guests brought their own popup tents and set them inside the Bedouin tent, to get max privacy and protection from the elements. The oasis is about 20 minutes easy drive from Masada-west, where you can watch the audio-visual show after nightfall.

A wonderful location, very comfortable and clean with many cozy spots to sit around, a well equipped kitchen, fire pit, jacuzzi... Outside in the fields there's a great spot to watch the sunset. Yehudit was a terrific host, communicative, friendly and helpful. 10/10!

This is a beautiful alternative to staying in one of the high-rise hotels in Elat. If you are a nature lover , here to experience the coral reef and perhaps, the bird sanctuary, this is the place for you. We stayed in the yurt. It was a fantastic experience! The owners have created a peaceful sanctuary. The natural pool was especially lovely. We spent time snorkeling at the nearby reef. We also visited the Underwater observation facility nearby. It was really a perfect add-on to our snorkeling. The coral reef created there was a real treat, watching the colorful fish and corals from the observation windows. I didn't want to leave. We didn't get a chance to visit the bird sanctuary. Sad that the development of Elat robbed it of important habitat for migrating birds. The sanctuary is a hopeful effort to recreate some habitat for the birds. Williams House was a highlight of our time in Israel. :)
