These spacious tents are not located in the Fort premises but in the camp 40 km away at the foot of private sand dunes. This was my favorite accomodation of my trip through Rajasthan. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and beautifully located. Having breakfast and doing yoga at the terrace with a view on the fortress was magical. The owners of the hotel are super kind and welcoming. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend anyone visiting Jaisalmer to stay at Killa Bhawan

They put "welcome" in my native language and it was such a heartwarming surprise! The staff also left some small gifts that I will treasure for a long time! I have to mention the puppeteer, Lucky, in the hotel. He was performing along with his cousin with great singing and music, and the most interesting puppet shows I've ever seen. Lucky is a passionate, humorous and talented artist and young man who had brought us a memorable night on September 29. Camel rides, quad biking, jeep safari everything was organized. There were only cool people at the campsite. We'd love to come back next year to Jaisalmer luxury Camps.
