The kitchen is very well equipped (no salt, pepper or olive oil but easily supplied from the town close by). If there is any issue, they fix it as quickly as possible (one of our ac units didn’t work and they fixed it within the day). Their large and free herb garden was spectacular for making our own meals which we enjoyed from our own patio (complete with a spectacular view).
