Providing free toiletries, this tent includes a shared bathroom with a hairdryer and slippers. Everything was so organized! They gave us a camping kit with everything we needed to start a fire, understand the basics of camping and have a comfortable stay. Very thoughtful! The main house is also very clean and was very well equipped. The camping is right by the Nakasendo trail and a perfect stop to rest between Magome and Nojiri.

It was so pretty, decorated with lights at night and the property was really lovely. If we had planned a lil better we’d have loved to try the mini train on the property. Speaking of it’s great for kids! Our lil guy loved the hammock swing in the room and the futons were comfortable. Everything was very modern and high tech. If you need something you can go to the lil building and grab any amenities you need. Often a person will appear to offer help though much is pretty self serve. So cute the checkout process too. This would be a great place to stay and enjoy the property. You certainly can just use for sleeping too though, it’s close enough to a city bus or you can use taxis to get downtown it’s not expensive or far. We enjoyed being a lil rural in country away from the hustle personally. There was a lil park for our kid too very close. There was helpful info for us in a binder too. Great fur first timers to area and Japan! We would definitely return.

This mobile home comprises 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. I stayed for three nights. Thank you Kata for your hospitality. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with many plants, which makes it feel very fresh and elegant. The room is spacious and tidy, and the hot spring is very comfortable. I will come again next year.

The few days we spent at Bessho Onsen were the best of our 1 month trip in Japan! Everything was great, from the beautiful surroundings to the services included, the private baths and the manager who takes great care of his guests. We had a lovely time, enjoying both nature and the hotel to make the best of this relaxing time. The food is also incredible, especially after a day spent hiking. I highly recommend staying here!

Location was quiet and beautiful. Activities were so fun and free The free drinks and pizza were such a beautiful addition and topped off the weekend. Thank you so much.

Hakuba Mominoki Hotel is located between snow peaks in Hakuba Valley, a 5-minute drive from Hakuba Station. The 4-star hotel offers an outdoor natural hot-spring bath, free Wi-Fi and 3 restaurants. Amazing location. Beautiful interior decor and ample space in the room for my friends and I. Facilities and staff were fantastic. Highly recommended. Too bad we only stayed 1 night!

Waking up to the snowy tree views and walking out to knee deep snow that had a pathway carved for us, was just so magical. We didn't mind walking to the separated bathroom as it’s all apart of the adventure! They are thoughtful in the way they think of everything for you. Such as the defrost ice spray for our car and the outdoor jackets for our bathroom trips, they’ve thought of it all.
