I had the best meal, fish curry and an assortment of vegetable curry made by Piya's wife. I was very sad to leave, a peaceful retreat and would highly recommend for a peaceful unforgettable stay!

Even though a little gloomy and showing their age the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The furniture is made of solid wood. The bathroom is large and well equipped. The guests should park their vehicles at the car park near the gate from where they are taken in electric carts. The food served at the restaurant is delicious. There are enough walking pathways inside the hotel land as well as outside in the villages. However, don't venture out early in the morning and the evening especially alone since there can be an occasional elephant in the vicinity.
