The location is beautiful, with idyllic scenery, a stunning river right next to the camp, and a lovely Spring Garden you can visit next door. The camp was set up based on our preferences, ensuring that our needs were met even before we checked in. While it is still camping, the camp is both comfortable and clean, and the wonderful stargazing at night adds to the experience. I highly recommend Mountain Camp at Mesilau to anyone seeking a unique, and for me, nostalgic experience. Whether you're a nature lover or just looking to take a break from the fast-paced city life, the Mountain Camp ticks all the boxes.

The proximity to various attractions. The facility was very well-kept. Even though we stayed in a dormitory, it was clean and quiet. The food was good, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend staying more than one night

Syameen's Glamping Dome - Queen Bed situa-se em Kampong Kundassan. Os hóspedes beneficiam de uma varanda e uma terraço. The Mt Kinabalu view from our room was amazing! The staff was amazing, I lost my phone but got it back! Couldn't thank enough to the lady who found and kept my phone! The road going inside to the homestay is quite narrow and rocky. But you can park inside close to the homestay. The location of the homestay is quite close to the town (around 15-20mins), easy to commute in and out. The toilet is outside your room, not a sharing toilet. However, quite scary to go out in the middle of the night 😅

Even though there were no other guests, you still went through every activity without skipping anything or trying to save time, and we appreciate that a lot. The other staff members on the island were really friendly as well. Be sure you watch the sunrise when the weather is good, it's really beautiful. Thank you to the dogs on the island for keeping us company often as well.
