The staff are very well trained, motivated, courteous, polite and eager to help. The chef and his team in the kitchen did a wonderful job with meals. Very tasty and homely food. The property is centrally located. The owner Suman is personally involved in managing the property. It was a pleasure talking to him and learning much about Chitwan National Park, it's history and what one can expect. Jeep Safari trips with packed Lunch was wonderful experience. On top of that, availability of onsite EV charging station kept me stress free. All in all,we had a memorable stay and i strongly recommend this property as a fantastic choice and great value for money. i will definitely be there on my next visit….
