Te Tiro really lived up to its name with an incredible view looking out over the valley with views all the way to Mt Ngauruhoe (aka Mt Doom) in the distance. The cottage was quaint and charming with everything we needed for our family of 4. The deck was also nice to sit out on play cards with our kids in the evening, while the private glow wore grotto made was a really cool bonus. Angus and Rachel were also really great hosts, so nice and welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for things to do.

Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave in the well-equipped kitchen. The tent also includes a barbecue. Oakridge Glamping is a fantastic place to stay. Excellent combination of rustic and outdoorsy whilst providing all the home comforts one would want. Great spot to charge an EV securely, excellent place for your pet/dog to roam around essentially freely, cozy fire-place, awesome bath-tub overlooking a serene view, and the cooking/bbq set up was awesome to entertain your significant other or friends. The best touch is that the accommodation will be privately reserved and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Boasting a private entrance, this mobile home includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 3 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. OMGosh - everything was great! The friendly and informative welcome, the room, the facilities, the amazing array of teas, coffee, coffee beans etc. Then each room had their own breakfast basket in the fridge with a fruit cup, yoghurt, two pieces of bread and some butter pats. The fridge held some homemade jam! Honestly EVErYTHING about this stay was fabulous.

Surrounded by orchards, Te Mata Views Resort boasts a hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna and ice bath, free Wi-Fi and accommodation with an outdoor area offering lovely garden and mountain views. Very nice, people are very friendly and acomdating wonderful place.

Offering free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the kitchenette, guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a toaster. Mary, the host, was very warm & welcoming. We found all our needs were meet & the Beach Bus was a quirky overnight stay for us. The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom/shower was surprisingly big. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Nui the dog, loves a pat or ball throw 😜
