Incredible owner of that place :) He is very open, helpful with everything, and he is a super nice person to talk to. Here I understand and know omanian culture more and met really interesting people. Fun fact: 228Hostel is so far the only hostel in Oman :) Everything in the hostel works perfectly. There is a fridge, toaster, microwave, hot shower, laundry for additional fee, there are mosquito nets in the windows of each room, and even hairdryer in the ladie's room :) Also, there is a rooftop space for relaxation and views during sunsets and sunrises :)) WiFi works great! You can borrow a bicycle to see the village. I found here everything that I needed during my trip and more... :) I recommend this hostel for every traveler with open mind.

The tent provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with mountain views as well as a private bathroom featuring a bath or a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was a little more expensive than our usual budget but 100% worth it. The location is ideal for the Balcony walk, you have the whole space to yourself so it's completely private, experiencing sunrise from your bed is amazing, as well as seeing the sun go down over the mountains in the afternoon, amazing. The bed is comfy, the water is hot, good air con, everything you need. We took our meals as an add on to the booking, Ram who prepares and serves all the food is AMAZING, he is such a lovely man, gave us loads of info, is friendly and cooks lovely food 10/10 would recommend and thank you for being so great Ram!
