A continental breakfast is available at the luxury tent. There is a snack bar on-site. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights in January and it was an enchanting experience. If you want to be at one with nature, this is the place for you. Not only because the friendly kitties Gingerbread and Peanut welcome you to your bubble, but also because you are surrounded by colourful birds, frogs and the -sadly now rare - fireflies. Not only this, but you are at one with bamboo and palm trees and get to sleep under the stars and moon. We had all types of weather and they were all romantic and enjoyable. I slept like a baby, falling asleep watching geckos and bats feasting or seeing satellites go past. The host Johan and all the staff are helpful and have thought of everything. There are hot and cold drinks and snacks which were welcome touches and they are very responsive and helpful with any queries. Best to travel with a backpack than a luggage and you have to feel comfortable driving and renting a scooter as it’s a little far out, but they can and will book the transfer to the airport for you and also make sure you have a moto upon arrival.

At the resort, each room is equipped with a balcony with pool view. Rooms include a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, while certain rooms have a kitchen equipped with a fridge. The rooms at Punta Punta Surf Retreat have air conditioning and a safety deposit box. Punta Punta is such a unique property and we had an incredible stay! I was blown away by the details in the room and bathroom- very aesthetic! The grounds were also beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had quite a few meals at the property which were light and healthy and everything was delicious. Although the property is a bit further from town, we had a scooter which made it a quick trip to go anywhere. Also, the Tuk Tuk to town is very affordable and can be arranged by the team. I highly recommend the property and would stay again.

The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom. Location: If you have a rented bike, then the location is 101% perfect because it's not too far from Gen Luna but far enough from the noise of bars and parties. Villa: It's perfect for 4-pax groups/family. Everything we need is available (Fridge, microwave, safe, hair blower, beach towels, a lot of cloth hangers, etc) Pool: Our family enjoyed the pool while other groups are using it too yet it has more than enough space for everyone to swim around. It looks small in the picture but not really in person. Check-in/check-out: The process is smooth and they also have a golf cart to help you carry your luggages to/from your villa.

Soultribe seats directly at the beach and the road which is perfect for a first time traveler of Siargao like me :) I like that it has this exclusive vibe of which you can truly have a relaxing time during your stay. Food options may not be that many but their menu is quite diverse, delicious and their price are on par with every other resto on the island. Their staff are accommodating and had my cabana ready upon my arrival at 8am and so they have allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and convenient (i liked this one best because as someone who used to also work in a resort, I know how much work it takes to accommodate early guests)!!! I even had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the owner herself, while swimming haha She truly knows how and what Filipinos need and want for their vacation :) Their adopted dogs are very sweet, too! PS I was on the edge of waiting for my paycheck for me to secure this place hahahaha but I do believe that was is meant for you, will always be for you. And so it was!
