First of all, the hosts, Adam and Kinga, are amazing. They really made me feel welcome, and took good care of me. The facilities are top notch, everything is new, perfectly functional, but also elegant - I'm sure Kinga, being a theatre costume designer, has something to do with it. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in the area again.
