Sleeping in the middle of wide river on raft in warm tent was something special. Everything what You need You will find inside from spoons to fishing rods, heaters, sleeping bags and so on. Owners are very helpfull, picked up by snoscooter, and welcome.drink with something to eat. Lovely and very good meal with reindeer meat prepared on saaima way. Tenthouse was well equipped, and bed set such you could see northern lights. It was all amazing. Must be hobby of owners!!!!

This lodge is set over three separate houses; the main house features a bedroom, living room, fireplace, dry toilet and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and stove. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!
