If you’re wanting to step away from the commercial life of travelling then we’d recommend Easylife. It felt like stepping back in time to a more sustainable, community orientated way of living. Friendly and warm atmosphere, the host was very generous and accommodating. The location was perfect! Would definitely recommend, favourite place so far on our trip.

Krabi International Airport is 115 km away. Everything. So well organised. Beautiful and much bigger tent than expected. Loads of electric and lights. Beautiful staff beautiful island. Very friendly locals. Amazing food. Real coffee! Western style bathroom. They have everything thought out including bringing a fridge to store your cold drinks. Couldn't have loved it anymore. Transport to and from by long tail boat included. We've made friends for life with these people. Thank you Koh much! We used Google translate to communicate with some locals which was super helpful. The coffee shop lady makes very very beautiful jewellery made to order.. we miss you all. Thank you 😊

Run by lovely helpful people , the huts are spacious and comfortable and the bonus of your own bathroom. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach. After staying in other huts in the same price range I found lanta local to be exceptional.
