This spacious tent-style accommodation is near the beach. The outdoor deck includes sun loungers with umbrellas, tables and chairs. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast,the lovely garden and atmosphere, the woman selling scarves and jewellery by the shore.

Everything and everyone. - it’s an amazing place with great attention paid to the people who stay, the horses who make it possible, and the environment itself. The cabin was comfortable, everything worked, the food, made to order, was really nice, and the location worked really well for Luang Prabang, taxis were cheap (60,000kip pr so) and easy. Saita and her crew are wonderful and always helpful. I cannot say enough about how much I loved the place and I very much want to return .

This tent's standout features are the pool with a view and hot tub. Perfect entry point to Khao Sok. Very friendly, helpful hosts who provide tasty food - top :)

The tent's kitchenette is available for cooking and storing food. This tent has a seating area, a balcony, sea views and a shared bathroom. The unit has 1 bed. We had booked an alternative accommodation for the night as we were going to the Full Moon Party. As it turns out, this accommodation had been sold to us is in error, and didn't exist. We were now in a bit of a situation as there was very little accommodation left on the island at 7pm! We found Joy Camping and Rooms, and booked a tent for the night. When we arrived, Amit the host asked why we booked so late on such a busy day. We told him, and he was angry we had been scammed, so upgraded us free of charge to a room with air con and private bathroom. He also talked us through what to expect at the party and how to enjoy it the best and safest way. Finally, he gave us his mobile number and said we could call him if we needed any help in the night. The following day we went to pay for our extras (Pringles!) and he was not available. His wife was amazingly friendly, and even invited us into their home for coffee. Overall, Amit was an amazing host. 100% would recommend.

The pool with a view is a top feature of this tent. The tent features air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with pool views as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. Elephant View Camp is a great little glamping site. It is run by a very nice couple, who have made this a great project. The tent is immaculately clean? tastefully decorated and super comfortable. The restaurant serves a very nice breakfast and the the dinners we had were outstanding! Great place to stay for 1, 2 or even multiple nights. It is next door to the Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand, which definitely merits a visit (you get a discount if you stay here)! Sitting by your own pool, looking at the fireflies and elephants (yes, they do also really pass by your tent) is highly relaxing.
