Staying here with Ali was the highlight of our trip to Tunisia. From the very beginning, an easy going check-in, and relaxed atmosphere with smiles and waves greated us into a stunning and scenic location right by the edge of the desert. We were shown to our rooms which were cleaned well, and had all of the facilities we needed including extra blankets as we went during the cold December months. Ali even had the forethought to pre heat the rooms to a perfect temperature before we went to bed. We went on a dromedary trek about 1 mile into the desert, giving a real feeling of freedom and having a proper desert experience. Ali arrived with us, and set up a fire while we watched the sunset, and then cooked us a delicious meal, including cooking bread in the sand which was prepared incredibly well. Once back, he invited us to chat about our trip, and was just really friendly the whole time we were there. The following day, we took a plunge in the thermal pools which is about a 30 second walk from the site, another example of how perfectly located L'Oasis is I cannot speak highly enough of this incredible experience, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. I only wish we could plan another trip here, sooner, so we can see Ali and his amazing location again!

A car rental service is available at the luxury tent. Best desert camp we’ve ever visited. Good facilities, nice and very clean tents, tasty food and very nice staff. Reda was very friendly and stopped several times on the way so we could take photos. Would absolutely recommend. We stayed for one night which was perfect, but next time we’d stay for two nights to have a bit more time in the desert.
