The villa and luxury tent were great to stay in and we all slept well! We were close to nature and saw a lot of animals in our short stay, we should have booked for longer! It is a perfect location for a family or business event. Breakfast was prepared in the villa by the breakfast team and everyone loved it! The wood fired hot tubs are great too!

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The property is in a beautiful location, isolated but not too hard to get to from the main road. Beautiful sea views in a tranquil area. I loved my stay here. There are trails to walk on the forest near the property and curious monkeys would show up in the morning to look at our chalet. Food in the restaurant was really good and I’ve also used the spa, which was amazing after a long flight. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. Wish I had time to stay longer and hope to come back one day. Book without thinking twice.

* Visit to a historic Anglo Boer War site during a normal game drive, where the pivotal "Battle of Paardefontein" was fought Our stay at Mount Camdeboo’s pod was amazing from the beginning to the end. The reception and our guide were amazing, the pod and his view over the mountain was amazing, the food was amazing, and the game drives were amazing. Worth it! Thank you for everything!

This was an incredible stay — everything from the view to the tent to the staff to the food was impeccable in every way. The only downside is that we feel like we’ve been spoiled and the rest of our trip simply can’t compare. It was a totally wonderful package of stay (comfortable warm beds, clean rooms), excellent food (we went as a family of 4 and 3 were vegetarians, all efforts were put in to providing them with specially curated vegetarian meals), game drives!! Amazing drive experience with very knowledgeable ranger!! He put in so much effort to show us maximum wild life. The morning coffee with giraffes is something we will remember for lifetime. The luxury tents have a deck with private plunge pool and views of the surrounding bush. They come with thatched roofs and wooden floors, as well as a fireplace and minibar. We had three fantastic days at Amakhala Game Reserve, Bush Lodge. The tents were very comfortable and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver Jono did a super job. very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable information given during the drives and he was fantastic at spotting the animals and very dedicated to making sure we saw as much and varied as possible.
