Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, even more beautiful than the photos. It's truly special to watch the wildlife at the waterhole right from your breakfast table or poolside lounger. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the game drives with Thomas! Thomas is an incredible guide who knows everything about the animals and nature, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible for his guests. Shayna, Emma and Angela were great hosts and guides, the staff was awesome and the Chef is GREAT! Safe and delicious place for vegans! The game drives were very nice and fun, the girls know their bush! We got to see the big five in only 2 days. The cabin was nice and cozy, even though it gets pretty hot during the day (at night it becomes bearable with the fan on). Good hot shower! The elephants in the pool are breathtaking and the highlight of this amazing place.

The swimming pool for exclusive use, the barbecue available to guests, the tent equipped for cooking, the professionalism of the manager, Fanie, available to provide information... Note: The last stretch of road, about 13 kilometers, is unpaved. We traveled it with a low rental car. We had no problems but of course you have to go very slowly. During the journey we saw giraffes, impalas, zebras... Spectacular!!! At the entrance to the reserve they sell wood and ice at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

Thomas and Mateo our safari guides were great getting us around to see lots of game life. Lions and cheetahs were our favorites. Loved the hot towels on arrival and after safaris. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. Would recommend.

I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

The tent provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with river views as well as a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Very beautiful, awesome animals, comfortable, very good food, I have plenty of dietary restrictions and Skheto was the best cook and adapted everything for me! Rome-Marie was also an amazing hostess who made sure everything was perfect. We saw animals ( elephants, impalas and even a leopard) from the porch, restaurant and pool all the time!

Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle or high suspension vehicle, this camps is located on the Gitlane Moonsicle Iudo African Community Cultural Site. Unfortunately we got stuck in poor weather and didn't make it to the lodge for our stay but they were so kind to reach out and make sure we were safe, and offered any help we needed that i still wanted to leave a good review. Will make sure to make it here next time around.
