Staff friendly and helpful & responsive. Located on a golf course, so nice ambience. Got upgraded to a Junior suite, which was nice! Nice overall relaxed vibe to the place. I was in Abu Dhabi on business and it suited me down to the ground. Very good price for such a good hotel, superb grounds and a lovely hotel. It was very quiet there (mid January) and the reception upgraded my room. I had a lovely big room, very comfortable and overlooking the beautiful golf course.
