Very tasteful small hotel. Friendly and helpful proprietors. Great breakfast. With guest card provided by hotel, busses and cable cars (finiculars/lifts) are free. Never used my car. Slept soundly too.

Everything went well from arriving to leaving, for an Englishman with limited German the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very well appointed and very quiet, the Restaurant offered a reasonable menu and the parking was plentiful although i dont think the Hotel was full.

We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us. It was just a short stopover for us. We left immediately after breakfast, which was a nice buffet and extra options to order from the kitchen. The view from our room was magical ❄️✨️

Everything was perfect, the spa is outstanding, lovely staff, great food with special attention to a gluten free diet, super clean room and fab surroundings. Absolutely love to come back again

Everything was way beyond our expectations. We love every minute of our stay. Communication was easy and always on time, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were so kind and helpful all the time. We felt like we are their personal guests, not just another customers. We will definitely visit again.
