very nice apartment with everything you need. Nice and friendly owner. Small present upon arrival and departure (candy for my son, local product for us:) A big bonus is the sommer card. Great playroom full of toys for children, billiards, darts and much more! One word - perfect:)

Great breakfast. Very kind and always smiling personal. Almost empty pool all the time and good wellness. Skiareas in shooting distance (areitxpress about 20 minutes by train and maiskogelbahn approx same distance)

Great hotel! Beyond our expectations! Great location, 200 m walking from the Reiterkogelbahn and 500 m from Zwolferhogelbahn. Nearby supermarket, shops, restaurants, ski school, rental facilities. The food was exceptional as well as the whole service. The view from the room was extraordinary. We will come back again for sure.
