Everything ! I had The most warm welcome, best service from all staff. I temporary eat gluten and lactose free. This Hotel had great options. Loved the sauna + roof top pool. Loved also that there was a mountain pass included and I could just walk.

The apartment was very cosy, spacious and has nice minimalistic flair. We visited with our 2 years old daughter. The facility is family friendly and provides shared playground for kids, garden and pool. We had wonderful time and I wish we could stay longer. We would love to come back.

Beutiful architecture and design. Very clean, cosy and practical hotel. Amazing, helpful and kind staff. Good quality breakfast. Very near to the town center and train station. I will come back there for sure. This hotel was one of the most important reasons my stay in Kitzbühel was so beautiful.

wonderful Location, super nice and helpful staff, fantastic room, the whole atmosphere is great. superb breakfast, great restaurant. very kind with our dog, very helpful with our twin toddlers.

Our stay was magical! We were in awe from the minute we arrived and we were sad to leave. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect and so clean and well maintained. Our hosts invited us to go to a professional ice hockey game of the Zell em See team and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The hosts organised for the team to sign a jersey for my son who was overwhelmed with the hosts kindness and is having the signed jersey framed. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room was beautifully set out/decorated; our hosts booked evening meals for us in Zell em See at places they recommended which resulted in us having incredible dining experiences. We loved everything about the Hotel, the facilities and our hosts from the minute we arrived until our hosts dropped us off at the train station to start our journey back to Australia. We had a magnificent time and we are planning to go back there. We highly recommend this Hotel with its amazing facilities and hosts. 10/10👍
