the food was lovely as well as the placement and the facilities . what we liked most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff especially Tsonka and Dimitar taking care of us in the restaurant and lobby bar as well as Silvia helping us relax in the spa after a long day of skiing. the attention to detail was like no other. we look forward to visiting next year.

An excellent hotel in a great location for the main ski lift - just a few minutes walk. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went over and above to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Beutiful architecture and design. Very clean, cosy and practical hotel. Amazing, helpful and kind staff. Good quality breakfast. Very near to the town center and train station. I will come back there for sure. This hotel was one of the most important reasons my stay in Kitzbühel was so beautiful.
