We upgraded to the Carnegie suite, the double jacuzzi bathtub with tv was unbelievable! It all worked no issues,big tv, nice shower, Dorr to exterior for fresh air

No staff but the lady of the restaurant downstairs , same ownership, was hiper kind and efficient to help us with the online check in. The building, room , all perfect.

Close to Ayr seafront and a few metres from the town centre, Mercure Ayr is a comfy hotel with gym. Free WiFi is available throughout. The Brasserie Bar and Restaurant serves drinks, snacks and meals....

The staff was amazing and super friendly! The breakfast was superb and exceeded our expectations. We had such a lovely stay and it was great that there was a pub next door which was also a great experience. Really appreciated the service we received all around
