Copthorne Hotel was outstanding, we visited due to booking the tour at Chelsea fc. We was in the perfect location and my little boy even met thiago silva on match day! Hotel itself was immaculate, staff were welcoming and the breakfast was beautiful! We had an amazing stay and can't wait to join you again!!

The room was great and very comfy. And the staff were very friendly. Niamh who worked in the restaurant and bar was brilliant, she was great and even bought me a blanket so I could sit outside in the evening. Very much looking forward to staying again.

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile.
