We paid an upgrade but decided to upgrade tnot the room type but the view (Standard room with view). This is really worthy to book Park view rooms (last time we stayed there we did not do this and it makes really a difference) Great view on the park. Cozy rooms Very clean and comfortable beds

Copthorne Hotel was outstanding, we visited due to booking the tour at Chelsea fc. We was in the perfect location and my little boy even met thiago silva on match day! Location is perfect as we were going to watch the rugby at Twickenham stoop. The staff were super friendly and even though we didn’t book breakfast on order they offered again in case we changed our minds. We didn’t have it. But nice to be given the option. We met up with a friend too that wasn’t staying but had a bag with him as came from work and they were happy to take the bag for him to collect after the game. They didn’t have to do this but offered which was lovely. Also allowed you to get takeaway delivered. Which most places wouldn’t.
