Great inn off the beaten track! The hotel is across from an ruined Abbey and along a river, where you could easily vision people fly fishing. Can easily vision this place for a wedding destination. They had several sitting rooms you were able to sit at, and there were picnic tables outside. We were able to book for dinner and the menu was very good. Our stay included breakfast and again the food was good -- you could order pretty much anything you wanted. The room was a pleasant surprise -- very spacious and we enjoyed having a sitting area. IF you are looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of life than you should check the place out. Definetly a spot i would return to!

The owners, cook, servers were all friendly and helpful. Both the room and the breakfast were well beyond expectation. Would recommend this unconditionally!!

PERFECT is the only term that can qualify this outstanding establishment : impoising and manor like exteriorly, but happily surrounded by beautiful ground and flowers. Warm welcome on arrival, fantastic, spacious room where no comfort or detail is missing, very good bed AND armchairs, very quiet. Spacious and pleasant bar and restaurant, and the best food we’ve had among the 10 hotels we’ve stayed at during our trip. It is truly wonderful to end our journey on such a wonderful note. Really nice place, reception is the pub which is well decorated. Room is basic, clean, good size with great shower . Shower had plenty of hot water and different shower heads to choose from including waterfall head. Heating worked well in room. Super friendly staff. Great place to stay on main street of innerleithan. Continental breakfast included was nice, had toast, fruit cereals and even soy milk when requested.

Station Hotel has en suite rooms in a town-centre location. The restaurant offers home cooking at reasonable prices. Melrose Abbey is close by.

We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have cocktails and coffee and both were excellent
