We paid an upgrade but decided to upgrade tnot the room type but the view (Standard room with view). This is really worthy to book Park view rooms (last time we stayed there we did not do this and it makes really a difference) Great view on the park. Cozy rooms Very clean and comfortable beds

Copthorne Hotel was outstanding, we visited due to booking the tour at Chelsea fc. We was in the perfect location and my little boy even met thiago silva on match day!
