The hotel is fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and amazing food! The rooms were comfortable and clean with great waterfall showers, perfect after a days skiing. The facilities are great, especially the pool and spa. Plenty of parking in the car park and the covered garage and a storage room for skis and boots. The food was a highlight for us, so much choice at breakfast and also the afternoon snack. Dinner was sublime, 4 courses of truly excellent food! One of our group was dairy intolerant and the hotel provided so many options for her it was brilliant. We enjoyed Cedric’s wine recommendations, his knowledge and attention to detail throughout our stay was truly top class.

Location was incredible, in the heart of Arco. Staff was so friendly, breakfast was amazing. Have a bouldering wall at the hotel which is great. Clean apartment. Organised free parking for us. Just overall incredible experience at On The Rock. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay after a long day walking! The owner was so friendly and welcoming, the pizza was delicious and the breakfast was outstanding - especially the homemade cakes! Would highly recommended
