The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful everyone literally from the housekeeper, the waiter, the drivers etc every single person. The breakfast was great The hotel was very well decorated and beautiful: traditional with a little twist of modernity so it is very authentic (compared to the other Tikida that is purely modern and lacks authenticity) Room is great Complimentary water everyday (very appreciated given the super hot weather)

The staff here are great, don't expect luxury but its great value for money. If you have kids the entertainment for them is great the staff take great care to make sure everyone is entertained.
