We could not get into the room until 15.00, despite arriving from Sao Paulo in the morning. Room was excellent, breakdast top, Yakuza restaurant very good, but most importantly, personnel did their very best to find back our son‘s cuddles after he forgot them in the bed. Many thanks!!!

A beautiful and peaceful hotel by the ocean — perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Everything is new and tastefully designed. The bed is super comfortable, with quality linens and plenty of pillows. Delicious breakfasts and wonderful dinners with a festive, cozy atmosphere. Wonderful Stay Experience I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the brilliant breakfast and the exceptional service from all the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly, which truly enhanced our experience. We enjoyed everything about our stay, although we did notice that the indoor pool is only accessible to kids from 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00. Aside from that, everything was fantastic! The reception team was incredibly welcoming, and the manager was outstanding as well. Overall, I give a heartfelt 10/10 to the entire team for their excellent service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
